Seat and guts…

Loosen up your seat guts and slide your seat into the two grooves.  Now slide the center of the guts onto the seat post.  Adjust your seat, and tighten the nuts on both sides equally.

To install deep-socket pegs…

To put on a deep socket peg, take the nut off your axle, slide on the peg and slide the nut inside it.  Tighten it with a socket wrench.

Are deep-socket pegs better?

Deep socket pegs are better than screw-on axle pegs because they protect your axle better (from bending) and you can have index systems on them (anti-roll pins).

A broken chain that can end your day

Were you ever out street riding and broke your chain on something stupid? Well stupid or not, a broken chain can end your day. Usually, a chain breaks at the master link. Because of this you can still piece it together, but it wont hold for long. If you can piece your chain back together, just take a piece of duct tape and wrap it around the broken part. As long as you don’t put too much stress on it after that it should hold up. Your chainring and freewheel will just pop little holes in the tape.
